Widen the reach
We were tasked with helping this client refresh its brand to better incorporate a new business offshoot, offering services to babies suffering from tongue tie. Our first step was to simplify the business name and logo, making it more appropriate for the expanded audience and reflective of the life-changing services offered, targeting both younger parents looking for infant services, as well as older patients in search of specialty dental care.
Create effective touchpoints
Our team created a series of new touchpoints including social media templates, stationery, welcome kits, and collateral to help create a pipeline between the different business areas and provide education for patients, referrers, and the community about the service offerings.
Establish brand confidence
We also refined the design and content for internal and external tools and forms to guide patients (and their caregivers) through all the consultation, education, and supportive services, including services they may need to seek from other providers. The result has left patients feeling well-cared for and ready to return to Rauk Dentistry or refer others to the experience.
